Electronic communication and nominated representatives

At the AGM in 2005 a motion was agreed to allow NAVCA to communicate with members on constitutional matters via email and through the NAVCA website; this was done by members actively consenting to receive constitutional information by email. The Companies Act 2006 has removed the need for consent and we are now going to issue all constitutional information by email, unless notified otherwise.

What do I need to do now?

  • Complete the 'enabling electronic communication with members' form
  • Complete the nominated representative appointment form (only if your details are incorrect or you don’t currently have a nominated representative)

All the necessary forms and information are below for you to read and/or download (Word format).

If you would like any of the above documents in an alternative format (e.g. txt or rtf) please contact Gillian Kearney at NAVCA.
