The recent constitutional mailing, sent via email asks you to
nominate to NAVCA Trustee Board for 2008.
The email was sent to your nominated representative or to your
Chief Officer. If you currently don't have a named nominated
representative. It is the responsibility of members to notify NAVCA
if their nominated representative changes. Therefore if your
details are incorrect or you do not have a named nominated
representative, please complete the
nominated representative appointment form and return to Gillian
Kearney at NAVCA by 30 April 2008.
What do I need to do now?
- Complete the
nominated representative appointment form (only if your details
are incorrect or you don't currently have a named nominated
representative)
- Complete the nomination form(s) if you wish to nominate someone
for the position of
Honorary Officer or
Trustee for NAVCA 2008/09 and attach a statement of not more
than 200 words written about or by the nominee
- Ask your nominee to complete the
declaration form
- Return all of the above to NAVCA by 30 April 2008.
