NAVCA's members are invited to vote in NAVCA's Trustee Board ballot 2008/09.


Guidance, supporting information and voting papers

The ballot pack (containing guidance, supporting information and voting papers) enables you to elect an Honorary Officer and members of the Trustee Board for the year 2008/09. We have eight nominations for the four elected Trustee Board member vacancies so please use your vote.

The ballot pack comprises:
• A list of nominations received for Honorary Officers
• Honorary officer nominee statements
• A list of nominations received for Trustee Board members
• Trustee Board member nominee statements
• Guidance notes and ballot forms for the Trustee Board members


Who can vote?

Ballot forms must be completed by the designated nominated representative of a NAVCA member organisation. If you are in any doubt about who your nominated representative is contact Sophie Ballinger.


How to vote

Detailed guidance notes are enclosed in the ballot pack. Your nominated representative must complete the forms.


Deadline

Please return to NAVCA by Monday 5 September 2008 in an envelope marked 'Ballot papers enclosed'. You may fax, email or hand deliver up to 12.00 noon on Monday 5 September 2008. If you email please send in a signed hard copy which must arrive within seven days of the deadline.
