The AGM is scheduled to begin at
9.45am and end at 10.30am on Wednesday 17 September 2008 at East
Midlands Conference Centre.
Motions have been submitted and are now available as part of our
AGM Pack (Word 163 KB) and sent out to nominated
representatives in early August . If you want to
propose an amendment to a motion you must send it to the Company
Secretary by 5 September 2008 .
If something happens between
July and September which has a direct effect on LIOs and
the local third sector,
you can submit an emergency motion about it. A motion will not
normally be accepted as an emergency motion simply because you have
missed the 21 July deadline. Emergency motions must be given to the
Company Secretary by the evening before the AGM (usually by
handing them in to a NAVCA staff
member).
