Join NAVCA

By joining NAVCA, you'll become part of a network of organisations that support and develop more than 160,000 local voluntary organisations and community groups. You'll have access to the experience, ideas and support of this network through our events, publications, email networks, training and information.

Through NAVCA's extensive programme of national policy work, you'll be able to influence government initiatives and translate them into real benefits for your local community. By joining the national network, your voice will be stronger and better able to make a real difference.

NAVCA is the only national umbrella organisation specifically for local support and development organisations, so we focus on the issues that matter to you and are able to respond as your needs change. Whether you're a small, new organisation taking the first steps towards sustainability or a well-established body at the forefront of strategy and policy in your area, NAVCA can support you.

There are three ways to join NAVCA:

Member

- for local support and development organisations which meet the conditions and criteria for membership.

Affiliate

- for local voluntary and community organisations which are not eligible for full membership but still want to be part of our network and have access to information on wider third sector policy and support services.

Friend

- for individuals and corporate companies who want to demonstrate their support for the principles of the local voluntary and community action.
