Working with local government to empower local communities
NAVCA Conference and AGM is the biggest event of the year for local
infrastructure organisations and is an unmissable event.
It begins at 5pm on 15 September 2009 and ends at 4pm on 17
September.
The full programme is included within the
Conference brochure, and includes:
- A pre-conference New Chief Officers' Induction, 15
September
- AGM, 17 September - free to attend for all
members
- A visit to the local Blackpool Boys and Girls Club, a centre of
activity, support and refuge for young people.

Accommodation
Delegates will book their own accommodation direct with the hotel
of their choice in Blackpool. All recommended hotels are less than
15 minutes walk from the conference hotel.
Getting there by train
The nearest train station is Blackpool North which is 0.7 miles
from the conference hotel.
