CORE 2012: "You are doing something to be very proud of"

This year the event took place on 13-14 June at Yarnfield Park in Staffordshire.

It was a brilliant mix of high quality workshops, policy updates and networking opportunities, where people took the chance to come together, share ideas and shape new strategies.

At the event, Joe Irvin, NAVCA's Chief Executive, told chief officers to be proud of what they do, to keep making the case for infrastructure and that they were vital in an age of austerity.
