Training and support for senior managers

set2lead is a programme of support for chief officers and senior management teams from Local Support and Development Organisations.
It is a new style of programme that combines executive coaching, mentoring and face-to-face training.
Chief Officers' Residential Event
Every year we run a residential event for chief officers and senior managers from local support and development organisations.

These events focus on how we support our members, and particulalry those people with the challenging role of leading support and development organisaitons and the local sector.
Events in your area
We recognise that large national events aren't suitable for everyone. That's why we are committed to running as many events around the country as possible.
We are currently running the following:
| Every business matters | Free business planning workshops for the voluntary sector |
| learning 4 LINks | Free events for LINks members |
| Delivering good commissioning and reducing health inequalities | Free learning event for VCS and health and social care commissioners |
NAVCA orientation days
A couple of times a year we organise an orientation, learning and networking event for senior staff in NAVCA member organisations.
We have scheduled the next free event for Wednesday 23 May 2012 at our offices in Sheffield.
Find out more about how these days can help you.
