This course is for experienced development
workers who want to gain knowledge, tools
and confi dence in guiding local organisations
through a merger journey.
You will explore:
● the context for mergers in the voluntary
sector, and the role of development workers
● how to help groups determine whether
merger is the right collaborative form
● the stages of a merger process
● a range of tools to facilitate organisations
through different stages of merger
discussions.
You will receive NAVCA's Facilitating Mergers
toolkit FREE as part of this course.
