By joining NAVCA, you'll become part of a network of local third
sector infrastructure organisations supporting more than 164,000
local third sector groups. You'll have access to the experience,
ideas and support of this network through our events, publications,
email networks, training and information.
Through NAVCA's extensive programme of national policy work,
you'll be able to influence government initiatives and translate
them into real benefits for your local community. By joining the
national network, your voice will be stronger and better able to
make a real difference.
NAVCA is the only national umbrella organisation specifically
for local third sector infrastructure bodies, so we focus on the
issues that matter to you and are able to respond as your needs
change. Whether you're a small, new organisation taking the first
steps towards sustainability or a well-established body at the
forefront of strategy and policy in your area, NAVCA can support
you.
There are three ways to join NAVCA:
- for l
ocal
infrastructure organisations (LIOs) which meet the
conditions and criteria for membership.

for third sector organisations which are not local
infrastructure organisations or similar bodies, and which are not
appropriately members of a CVS or other LIO, but which are
interested in being kept informed about, and being in touch with,
NAVCA and the LIO network.
- for individuals and corporate companies who want to demonstrate
their support for the principles of the local third
sector.
