Evaluation of the Tender Support Project

This is a report about the impact of the tender support project delivered by NAVCA between June 2009 and the end of March 2011. The project formed one part of the National Programme for Third Sector Commissioning, commissioned by the Cabinet Office and led by Local Government Improvement and Development.

The programme had three main objectives:

• increasing awareness of the benefits of commissioning from the third sector
• more third sector involvement throughout the commissioning cycle
• improving bidding practice of third sector organisations
