Our interactive training courses are designed to help you navigate the changing world of commissioining and procurement - they cover everything from a basic introduction through to submitting tenders and partnership working.

How does it work?
Booking the course secures the trainer and materials for the day. This gives you the opportunity to decide on the venue and how to market it locally.

We can also tailor any of our training days to suit your specific needs, provide facilitation for events and provide in-house development support. Whether you need to make sense of the changing public services landscape, work out how you can prepare the local sector for commissioning with reduced resources or support local public service delivery partnerships we can help.
All courses run 10am-4pm, except Challenging Procurement Decisions which runs 10am-1pm.
NAVCA recommends a minimum number of 10 and maximum of 25 participants in each session.
