Decisions are regularly made about how public money is allocated and spent. The result of these choices impact the voluntary sector, and local public services in a massive way. This session will guide you through the different structures, people & plans that determine local decision-making.

Prices
All courses cost £490 + VAT + trainer expenses per day.

This price secures a trainer and materials at a location of your choosing (all you need to do in addition is book the venue / refreshments and promote the course).  This gives you the opportunity to generate additional income by inviting up to 20 people to the day as part of your offer to your local groups. On an average course this means each delegate could pay less than £40 each.
