This covers all the basics of what you need to know about commissioning and procurement. It explains how a commissioning approach is different to grant funding and the implications of procurement processes, describes good practice and helps you prepare to be commission.

Prices
All courses cost £490 + VAT + trainer expenses per day.

This price secures a trainer and materials at a location of your choosing (all you need to do in addition is book the venue / refreshments and promote the course).  This gives you the opportunity to generate additional income by inviting up to 20 people to the day as part of your offer to your local groups. On an average course this means each delegate could pay less than £40 each.
