Is my funding going to be cut, if so by how much?

To prepare for this question you will need to have access to information about what is happening to funding both locally and nationally. It is advisable to be speaking to your local authority and PCT to see how the budget cuts are affecting them and what the likely impact of that might be. National funders can also give you some insight into their current position and what is happening nationally.

As well as speaking to funders it is also worthwhile speaking to your chief officer and other development workers in your organisation to share knowledge and information that will benefit the groups you are working with.
