Here are four examples of funding agreements between local
authorities and NAVCA members which support either grants or
contracts for infrastructure services.
These agreements, which take very different forms, are regarded
as good examples by the respective Chief Officers of NAVCA members.
NAVCA does not recommend them but offers them as useful examples
which members can draw on when negotiating local funding for
infrastructure work.
