The Compact

Compacts are agreements between public bodies and the voluntary and community sector in England to improve the relationships for mutual advantage.

Compact Voice is the voice of the voluntary and community sector to the Compact. More information is available on the Compact Voice website. This includes information on  local compacts.

The Compact Advocacy Programme is a scheme that provides practical support and wider campaigning to the sector in cases where the Government has breached the Compact.
