Local area agreements - guidance

Strong and prosperous communities - the Local Government White Paper - was introduced in Parliament in December 2006, affirming the role of local area agreements (LAAs) in transforming local services.

Indicators
As part of the process of developing the new guidance, the Government has published the set of national indicators and is consulting on the detailed definitions of the indicators. For more information on the consultation see NAVCA's pages on the indicators.
