Whose voice is it anyway? conference yesterday. During a Q&A
session with delegates Stuart noted that the "only debate between
political parties is when, rather than whether, public spending
cuts will occur".Stuart spoke about this further in this Vodcast, highlighting that the "key issue is how the sector - civil society in general - demonstrates worth in this very different environment".
