Environmental sustainability

Recycling treeNAVCA recognises that all our activities have environmental impacts. These resources below will help organisations to consider how they can become more environmentally sustainable.

More on what NAVCA does to minimise our own environmental impact can be found on the about us pages.

Shaping our future

NAVCA was part of the joint ministerial and third sector task force on climate change, the environment and sustainability. The report it produced - Shaping our future - focuses on the opportunities that tackling climate change offers: the opportunity to show leadership, to build resilient communities, to develop and provide sustainable public services, to secure green jobs and to encourage and support individual and community level behaviour change.
