Capacitybuilders has informed the ChangeUp national hubs that
they will receive funding at a similar level until the end of March
2008. During 2007, there will be an open tender for the delivery of
national support services from 2008-11. It is anticipated that
tenders will be awarded in September 2007, to allow for a handover
if the existing hub partnerships do not continue. NAVCA is pleased
that this announcement means that we will be able to continue our
activities to support local work on ICT and performance
improvement, to further the voluntary and community sector's
awareness and use of action learning, and to support development
workers through the SKiLD project. We will look forward to sharing
further information with you about all these activities as plans
develop.
Capacitybuilders will shortly be launching a consultation on its
