NAVCA, as part of a
partnership of voluntary and community sector organisations called
Kindle, has published
"Commissioning and the
Community Sector: How community sector organisations can
be ready for commissioning".
The guide has been written for voluntary and community sector
organisations to help them better understand how local authority
commissioners are working to improve outcomes for children, young
people and families, and how they can make themselves
"commissioning ready".
