Future role of the voluntary and community sector

This paper was produced by Sally Cooke on behalf of Bolton CVS. It covers the national policy context within which the local third sector works, and gives examples of work going on in local areas across England to address these policy issues.

This revised and updated version (September 2008) was developed as a resource for Bolton's Future Role Project and to share with others working on this agenda.
