Unlocking the Criminal Justice System

Rehabilition Revolution: Unlocking the Criminal Justice System

NAVCA, through its supporting work with offenders project, and Clinks have produced 'Unlocking the Criminal Justice System' (PDF, 3.24MB) - a short guide providing information on how the criminal justice system operates and case studies outlining how NAVCA members, community groups and voluntary organisations are working in partnerships with prisons, courts and the probation service to deliver services.

The document provides links to sources of information that organisations may find useful. The guide is available as a download only and will be updated as changes to policies and procedures are made.
