Strong Independent Roots is a series of documents that express NAVCA's views and policy positions. As well as detailed policy documents, we have produced a short document that can be used for campaigning.

This short document launched at NAVCA's conference demonstrates the value of local infrastructure and shows how NAVCA and their members can help politicians support local voluntary action. It includes six specific requests of government and six pledges of action NAVCA will take.

Detailed Policy Documents
