An independent evaluation of the voice work of NAVCA

Evaluation of NAVCA

This independent evaluation looks into the value placed on NAVCA's voice work by stakeholders in government and other organisations. Voice work is the work we do to represent the views of our members and the local voluntary and community sector to national bodies - and help national bodies communicate with local groups.

The research demonstrates a high level of satisfaction with this work. It also includes many examples of good practice offered by stakeholders and includes suggestions to allow NAVCA to further improve this work.
