Enquiry service

Our staff can help with enquiries on a wide range of issues and many are specialists in specific areas of work, for example:

  • NAVCA membership criteria
  • Local support and development: policy and practice
  • Government policy

red phoneSimply contact NAVCA by phone or email, and you will be passed on to the appropriate person. If we are unable to help, we can usually refer you on to someone who can.

NAVCA has target response times for enquiries from members: we will acknowledge a letter, email or telephone message within two working days. We will respond fully within 15 working days unless we have made personal contact with the enquirer and agreed a longer timescale.

Kevin Curley, Chief Executive of NAVCA, is taking a keen personal interest in this target. Please contact kevin.curley@navca.org.uk if NAVCA does not respond to you within these limits.

Enquiries from voluntary and community organisations

Voluntary organisations and community groups wanting help and advice with setting up, or running their organisation, should contact their nearest NAVCA member. To find this, visit our directory of members and local contacts.
