Our staff can help with enquiries on a wide range of
issues relating to local infrastructure and many are specialists in
specific areas of work, for example:
- NAVCA membership criteria
- Local infrastructure policy and practice
- Government policy
Simply contact NAVCA by phone or
email, and you will be passed on to the appropriate person. If we
are unable to help, we can usually refer you on to someone who
can.
NAVCA seeks to respond promptly to the enquiries and
issues which members and service users bring to us. NAVCA has
target response times for enquiries from members: we will
acknowledge a letter, email or telephone message within two working
days. We will respond fully within 15 working days unless we have
made personal contact with the enquirer and agreed a longer
timescale.
Kevin Curley, Chief Executive of NAVCA, is taking a keen
personal interest in this target. Please contact
kevin.curley@navca.org.uk
if NAVCA does not respond to you within these limits.
Email lists
Our specialist
email lists have been
set up to enable discussion and debate, allowing LIOs to share
specific questions and expertise, and receive immediate
responses.
Enquiries from voluntary and community organisations
Voluntary and community organisations wanting help and advice
with setting up, or running a local voluntary and community
organisation, should contact their nearest local infrastructure
organisation. To find this, visit our
directory of members and
local contacts.
