Advice Line

Small red phone

In this new phase of the Empowering the voluntary sector project, NCVO's Compact Advocacy Project is managing the advice line.

Organisations wishing to take advice on how to manage a breach of Compact or a breach of public law can contact the advocates to discuss the case and identify a way forward. If, as a result of those initial discussions, the dispute appears to need the input of a lawyer, the advocates will refer the case to the team at the Public Law Project for further support, and if required, representation in an attempt to resolve the dispute to the advantage of the third sector.

The free advice line will be available at the following times:

• Monday 10am to 4pm
• Tuesday 10am to 4pm
• Wednesday 10am to 4pm
• Thursday 10am to 4pm
• Friday 10am to 4pm

Tel: 020 7520 3161 or email evsadvice@ncvo-vol.org.uk
