acevo and NAVCA are running
the third and final year of their Full Cost Recovery programme.
This is your final opportunity to take advantage of specialist
training from expert consultants. The programme trains development
workers and other staff at local infrastructure organisations
(LIOs), providing them with the skills, knowledge and tools to
offer affordable and sustainable support in full cost recovery to
the smallest third sector organisations operating at a local level.
acevo and NAVCA are running 22 separate, intensive one-day
courses for development workers in LIOs: two courses in each of the
eight regions and six in London each year. We are aiming to train
15 people on each course, ensuring that development workers will
have the skills, information and knowledge of full cost recovery
necessary to cascade training to frontline organisations. Feedback
received from previous delegates have helped to develop the new and
improved training.
Don't miss your last opportunity to book onto the Full Cost
Recovery training brought to you in its final year as part of the
Big Lottery funded project.
Who is the training for
The course will focus on development workers and advisors with a
basic knowledge of third sector finance, fundraising and accounting
practices. The courses will be for local infrastructure workers and
capacity builders, including (but not limited to) the following
groups:
- LIO development workers
- Community accountants
- Regional Voluntary Sector Networks
- Rural Community Councils
- Local, regional, and sub-regional BME networks
- Social enterprise advisers.
