Skild learning needs

One of the main ways that Skild has researched and designed its learning activities is by a learning needs analysis. This was written especially to find out about the needs of development workers based in local infrastructure organisations. We had over 150 responses - so many thanks to those of you who filled it in.

For more information and graphs from our learning needs analysis, including barriers to learning and numbers of years development workers have been in post, have a looks at our findings January 2007 (pdf, 85.2KB).
