organisations has become increasingly important for frontline
organisations, and for development workers that support them. This
course will look at the process of forming, leading, developing,
sustaining and leaving partnerships, and include:
- strengths and weaknesses of partnership working
- practical partnership issues, such as structures and
funding
- working out where the power lies, and managing conflict
- How to get a 'seat at the table'.
