Where Skild has come from, and why

Skild is aiming to equip development workers in local support and development organisations with the skills and knowledge they need to give relevant and high quality support to local voluntary organisations an dcommunity groups.

This improved support should mean that the local voluntary and community sector can be more effective, efficient and better equipped to deliver public services.
