NAVCA discourages the sending of attachments to the email
networks it hosts. Other members can only read them if they have
the same software installed on their computer, and the message can
take a long time for some members to download because of the
greatly increased size.
It is usually possible to copy the contents of the attachment
directly into the message itself.
