Many email programs allow you to set an automatic reply that is
sent if you receive a message when you are away from the office.
Please be aware that there is a danger that multiple copies will be
sent to the network, causing considerable annoyance to other
members.
Please either do not set an auto-reply, or set
it in such a way that it is not sent to the network.
