Many email programs allow you to set an automatic reply that is
sent if you receive a message when you are away from the office.
Please be aware that there is a danger that multiple copies will be
sent to the network, causing considerable annoyance to other
members.
If possible, please exclude network email
addresses from your auto reply. Otherwise inform the network
administrator if you are setting your auto reply. If you don't
inform the network administrator and it becomes apparent that that
your auto reply is bouncing round the network, the administrator
will temporarily suspend you from the network and inform you of
this.
