Please do not send messages that simply say
"yes please", "me too" or similar to the network. These can be sent
directly to the individual concerned rather than to all members of
the email network.
By default, a reply to a network message is
sent back to all members of the network, rather than to just the
person who sent the original message. If you do have a private
comment, remove the network address from the "To:" field of your
reply and insert the person's own individual email address.
