ISGNet is the email network for information workers in
local infrastructure organisations (LIOs). It is a forum
to:
- post discussions and debates on current
issues
- share experiences of information work
- share ideas and good practice in information
work
- post queries about providing information services and
information work
- input into the organisation of ISGNet, and feed views to
NAVCA about developments around information work and
policy.
The network meets annually at the NAVCA annual conference.
Details of meetings are circulated both through NAVCA's policy
bulletin, Circulation, and
through ISGNet.
The network is also open to voluntary and community
organisations that work with, support and complement the work of
LIOs.
