If your message doesn't go to everybody, this is usually because
the message was sent from an address that is not part of the email
network.
When you become a member of an email network, you join with a
specific email address. If you later send a message from a
different email address then you are not recognised as being a
member and the message is not sent to everybody. It is possible to
change the address or add
additional addresses if required.
Otherwise it might be that an incorrect address has been
included in your email address book which is causing the message
not to be sent. If this is the case, the entry can be deleted and
you can send a message to the correct email network address.
Occasionally a message does not go to everybody because it is
sent to the address of the network
administrator instead of to the email network itself. On rare
occasions, a message might not be sent because NAVCA detects that
it contains a virus.
NAVCA does not vet or prevent any messages being sent by people who
are members of the email network.
