Training and support for senior managers
set2lead is a programme of support for chief officers and senior management teams from Local Support and Development Organisations. It is a new style of programme that combines executive coaching, mentoring and face-to-face training.
These people do extraordinary jobs in extraordinary times, but sometimes everyone needs a little support and guidance.

We know that this is the reality for many of you, as you look to identify direction and opportunities, rebuild morale and capacity and juggle an increasing number of priorities with a decreasing amount of resources.
