Featuring keynote addresses from Peter Lauener, Director of
Supporting Delivery Group at DCSF and Jane Haywood, Chief Executive
at CWDC, these two one-day events will provide an insight into the
highs and lows of developing the children's workforce in the third
sector. If you're familiar with the policy environment and all the
latest workforce development initiatives, but what you really need
is practical information about how to apply all of this in the real
world, then this event is for you.
Led by participants from the NAVCA/CWDC beacons scheme, topics will
include building bridges between sectors, supporting local
communities to really participate in strategy development and using
the Common Core.
