NAVCA's Every Child Matters project helps local infrastructure
organisations in their work to support the third sector's delivery
of services for children and young people. The project is funded by
the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF).
Angela Barnes, NAVCA's
ECM adviser can help you to consider how to plan, deliver and
evaluate your services for children, young people and families
around the ECM framework. The project will focus on:
- increasing the capacity of third sector organisations to engage
effectively with the Every Child Matters agenda
- building the capacity of third sector organisations to become
involved in the design and delivery of services for children
- providing information and practical resources
- providing events and networking opportunities.
The project has published What
is Every Child Matters?, explaining the key aims of the ECM
agenda and how NAVCA can help third sector organisations who
provide services for children, young people and
families.
