Promoting apprenticeships in the sector

NAVCA is a key member of the Steering Group which is developed Fairtrain GTA - with funding from the National Apprenticeships Service.

Fairtrain helps charities, social enterprises and other not for profit organisations to fund, recruit and train apprentices. Fairtrain will help charities, social enterprises and voluntary organisations secure government funding to train apprentices. It will match Fairtrain training providers to charities and social enterprises that want to offer apprenticeships, and put not for profit organisations in touch with training providers who understand their needs.
