Cuts to your own funding

1. How NAVCA can help
Whilst we're proud of our services for members - such as events, training and publications - we know that when you're facing a crisis, a one-day course or one-page briefing will offer little comfort or support.
Sometimes you need a different kind of help to deal with very immediate and pressing issues which are standing in the way of your future success and sustainability as an organisation.
Talking or meeting with someone from NAVCA's team as soon as possible can help you work out what needs to be done and how to go about it.
We have many different ways we can support you, including support on:
- Dealing with a crisis
- Mergers & collaboration
- Commissioning and procurement.
- Restructuring
- Media support
We also have information we can share with members about reviews of local support and development services in other areas. Please get in touch and see how we can help you.

2. Making the case for the work you do
- NAVCA's analysis of national research that shows support from NAVCA members is key to local charities and voluntary organisations' success.
- The survey's we carry out help us get a better picture of the work members do across England.
- Representation survey (Feb 2012)
- Chief Officer Survey (June 2011)
- NAVCA members' cuts survey (May 2011)
- NAVCA staffing survey (Nov 2010)
- NAVCA members' response to the recession (May 2010)
