Transforming Local Infrastructure
Transforming Local Infrastructure (TLI) was a grant fund of over £30 million from the Office for Civil Society (OCS). Awards were made to 74 partnerships across England, with the aim of transforming local infrastructure support for local charities and community groups. Projects ran between March 2012 and September 2013.
NAVCA produced the only national aanlysis of TLI, Analysis of Transforming Local Infrastructure. It highlights the ways that TLI made a difference and has a strong focus on ideas and actions that other infrastructure organisations can borrow or learn from. The report highlights the many successes but does not shy away from looking at what learning can be gained from ideas or execution that didn’t work so well.
