  • Be aware of potentially sensitive topics and information, such as political activity, and be clear, where appropriate, that you are speaking on behalf of yourself and not your organisation.
  • Please clearly state on a post or document if you wish it to remain confidential, and respect other people’s requests for confidentiality. We want to build a trusting and safe environment for all NAVCA members.
  • Do not use the discussion forum to promote or advertise paid-for services, without permission from NAVCA first. (Giving recommendations is permitted if you do not have a financial stake in the service).

We all have a role to play in creating a positive, helpful and collaborative environment within NAVCA membership. Any threads or comments that run counter to our code of conduct will be deleted.
