We’re looking for a Local Trust Partnerships Manager to join NAVCA to support community-led regeneration.
Over the past year, we’ve been working in partnership with Local Trust and our members to provide tailored, on-the-ground support to 18 Big Local legacy organisations — helping them transition beyond the Big Local programme and build long-term resilience. This has included everything from governance development and funding advice to leadership coaching and strengthening relationships with local partners. Now, we’re looking for someone to take this work forward.
In this role, you’ll lead the next phase of the programme — overseeing delivery, bringing organisations together for shared learning, and capturing the insights that emerge. You’ll design and facilitate peer learning spaces between local infrastructure organisations and legacy organisations, helping to surface what works, what’s changing, and what’s needed next.
A key part of the role is turning that learning into influence. You’ll build a compelling evidence base that demonstrates the value of community-led approaches and the role of local infrastructure in supporting them — shaping thinking about future regeneration programmes and how they can best enable communities to thrive.
You’ll be working closely with NAVCA members, partners and community organisations — connecting practice on the ground with national learning and influence.
If you’re interested in community-led change, believe in the power of local infrastructure, and want to play a role in shaping what comes next, we’d love to hear from you.
We are seeking a candidate who is available for immediate start, and would particularly welcome a secondment from a NAVCA member.
The post is for 3 days a week on a 9-month fixed term contract, with a salary of £40,961 (pro rata) plus an 8% pension contribution.
For an informal conversation about this role, please contact rich.warrington@navca.org.uk.
The closing date for applications is 5pm on 5th May 2026.
